How do you currently accept applications?

All applications must be received through our website with all documentation attached to be considered.

How do I qualify for a scholarship?

To qualify for a Champions for Christ scholarship, the applicant must be going into full time Christian ministry.

What are my chances of receiving a scholarship?

The Champions for Christ board awards all scholarships after much prayful consideration. Unfortunately we are not able to award every applicant.

If I apply during this term, do I need to reapply next term?

You must apply for each term that you wish to be considered.  Also you can only apply for the current next term winter, spring, summer being considered.

Do I need my college transcripts to apply?

Official transcripts are required with each application. We do sometimes accept a transcript that has all of the needed information as long as the student and the institution are clearly identified and are clearly readable. Each transcript should have the institutions seal and verification information clearly posted on it. We will likely check to verify.

How do you make your notification?

Students awarded each term will have an attempt made for notification by email or phone. However , you may always check the website to see current semester awards after each funding. These are usually posted within 30 days after the application deadline.  We will no longer share award amounts due to privacy/confidential procedures.  You can check with your seminary/college to get award amounts.

Is there any exceptions to your deadline dates?

Due to the number of applications we receive, the deadlines are firm.  No exceptions.  If your application is received late it will not be considered.
